  I had my brunch-style wedding at the Sucrerie in October 2016. We were planning it from the West coast, and so we weren't able to make repeat visits to the site. Our main contact was Veronique, who was very responsive, and helped us out a lot. As a bride, I was very nervous, and wasn't totally sure exactly how everything was going to be set-up on the big day, and we ended up leaving a lot up to chance. The team at the Sucrerie are such PROS, and they set up the ceremony so beautifully, it was if it was their own. We had also discussed an open bar after the ceremony that would serve mimosa and ceasers. The Sucrerie staff took it upon themselves to set up a satellite bar in a sunny little spot, complete with cute glassware and adorable paper straws, bartender, and cocktails ready to go. During the reception, the band played, and I can't tell you what a treat they were. They played for so long, and so well, and it was so appreciated. I could go on and on, but it was all so perfect. Book your event here. They'll take care of you.

  We came on a weeknight at the end of the season, while they were hosting a large private party. We were the only guests who weren't with the party, but Stephan and his staff still gave us impeccable service and an incredible meal, and even a tour. The atmosphere is delightful, the food and all the maple products are delicious, and the hospitality is the best. It was such great evening and memorable culinary and cultural experience. Thank you Stephan!! We will be back!
